Shopping Terms

HikeNation Store is the number one source for outdoor products in Trinidad & Tobago. It was started in 2020 by the HikeNation Club and to date has fulfilled over 5000 orders.

By shopping at HikeNation Store you agree to these terms and conditions.

HikeNation reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at anytime.

Physical Store

HikeNation Store has both an online and physical store, doing deliveries nationwide. Get items shipped to your home or office or pickup in store at Woodbrook Branch.

Yes We Ship

Urban areas are serviced every day with country side areas and Tobago done on scheduled days. Once items are in stock, most orders are delivered within 2-3 days. Between Monday and Saturday from the hours of 8am-3pm. Shipping is Free on all orders over $300 TTD.

How To Shop

Simply add items to your cart on hikenationstore.com, enter your shipping info and checkout. Payments can be made on delivery via cash or card. Do confirm how you wish to pay at checkout. 

Track Orders

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been made you will receive an email confirmation and whatsapp update when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team immediately. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Eligible

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be: Unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Online

Customers must initiate a refund request within 7 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at +1 868 333 4453. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Once item has been received and inspected, we will send your refund via online banking to your account within 5-7 working days.

In-Store

Customers must initiate a refund request within 7 days of the purchase date by bringing items in store along with original receipt or proof of purchase. Once items have been inspected refunds will be given in cash.

No Refund

Certain items are not eligible for refund or exchange, including: Gift Cards, Personal care items (e.g., sunscreen, insect repellent) once opened, Sport Bras & Leggings, Sale & Clarence items.
